Refire rate

Hey Guys
Whats with refire rate - does 8.33 mean 8.33 shots per second or something??

Yes, and you never found in org. game a weapon with more than 8.33
On the other hand if you play Mods... Well... 100 it's enough for you?!!!
Only the Laser and Photon cannon have that refiring rate. But, they have little damage. ;-(
