None that I know of. It's actually easy, once you get the hang of it. But it can be a tough one until then.

Make sure you spot the next link as you head into one, so you now where you are going. Miss just one link and you have lost. As you go through a link, you should already be aiming for the next one. Takes a little practise.

This will do the job for you. You still have to do the race but you don`t have to win to progress.
