First your cap. letters hurt my ears.
Second, there are manys ways to do this, frist is to edit the freelancer files by hand, but since your new we'll keep it simple as ABC.
Thankfully I have nothing to do til the Superbowl, so I am going to give you a full tut. to pass my time.
Frist, if you haven't already go and download IonCross.
This is one of the best server OS out there. Easy to use you can pretty much use it with your feet.
Now, make sure you and your friend have their char's made on your FL server.
NOw just go to to the Player's tab at the top.
There you will see the list of players after you update
Just hit the edit button and the thing will ban the char, there you can edit the money, the faction he/she is friendly to.
Click on the save changes and it will unban the char and then the changes are saved.
There you have it, you have your char just as you like it with no problems at as.
Easy as ABC.
Any questions just ask.
