Stuck at lvl 10?

I hav'nt played freelancer for a while, so I though to pick up again.

Now, I have installed patch 1.1 and 1.4 and that's it.

I'm now at Leeds, awaiting my next mission. I was lvl 10 and my next requirement was +-213.000 credits. when I finished my last mission, my total worth was about 200.000.

I now have 270.OOO worth, and nobody is contacting me.
I read on gamesFAQ that I should go to dublin, to an old BB ship, (hood?), but the only ship I see is the Essex BB.

what I'm I doing wrong here, coz normally I should have been contacted already.
or is there something else?

its just after mission 5 and before mission 6.
I have visited Dublin again, but there is only 1 battleship visible, nothing else...

B-Ship Hood is located just upper right of center in quadrant 4D, if your mission or lvl Req states next lvl 213,000 that usually means u needed that much more for next lvl, hope this answers both questions

Oh,

I though I just need my networth to be above 213.000. (I currently have 277.000)
so, In other words, I need to earn 213.OOO credits? I though this was only true after you finish the SP campaign?

I've also read here, that 1.1 can provide problems mid-campaign with leveling up...?

you may have to deactivate your mods you have running to jump start it if you are.Thats all i can say. Good luck

I read on the forums about lvling up

reinstalled the game, and loaded the last save, problem solved.

finshed game. back to X2
