If I remember correctly, one thing that slightly annoyed me in Dungeon Siege 2 was the complete cap of the skills at level 20. As I remember, in Diablo 2 you could get skills up to level 20, but items could make them go above it to say 26, making it uber powerful (and meaning it wasn't a waste to cap the skill at 20 with your points). However, in Dungeon Siege 2 items could not push them over the cap of 20, making it seem to me that it was a strategic mishap to max out your skills without items. Now, since I am not an experienced modder, I pose the question, would this be possible to mod into DS2?

Edit: just as a quick cover, I did glance at the download list and didn't personally see anything that did end up doing this, but if I missed it please point this out.
