Cokpit and Neural net interface

How to change the neural net interface ?? I see a new version (in 3D) on the screenshot. Please, help me to do this and find the files. thanks

The one that runs in the game is the only available one. The Screen shots are from an older Beta version that was later droped. Sorry.
