I cant find on my version(FL evolution mod 1.28) where to buy some rubies can any 1 help me pls.I need them very badly I make 4mil on 1 run but its not enough.

Rubies are not for sale, they are loot only goods, that are found on certain wrecks (like in Swansea minefield).

wow minefield.is it hard to get there with a large train.
