Problem: Server crashes after 10 seconds running

Error: Explorer wrote wrong information into the inis or couldn't write into the inis

Solution 1: try to deactivate writing protection for the whole freelancer directorie (it worked great for me). Some DLLs are writeprotected, thats why the explorer won't change the files.

The same with FLED-ids.

Before using any program, deactivate the write protection, everytime you started freelancer.

Solution 2: Get crashinformation
When the server is running turn on console quickly

menu>>view>>console

there is often some information what kind of information is missing often something like

head1 not found on blablabla.ccp
or
mission linked to astoridfield not found

copy the errormessage and post it here, that would give us some information

Please know that i'm the newbie of all newbies when it comes to mods.
But anyway...Here are the details of my mod......................

"Sirius Junction"

This mod places (should place) a new system below New York (in between Texas and California).
The system's name: "Sirius Junction"
Bases/Planets: One planet called Sirius H.Q. that sells the Sabre, Titan, and the Anubis.
Sun: Green Giant
Asteroids: One lavafield that DOES NOT take up all of the system
(the one that has diamonds)
Jumholes/Jumpgates: 6 jumpholes to the following locations.....

1. New York
2. New Tokyo
3. New Berlin
4. New London
5. New Tokyo
6. Omicron Alpha

Don't tell me that it wont work because it did work for about 6 seconds (worked perfectly)
And please dont tell me that it has already been done becase it hasn't

the explorer asked you wich prefix the system should have. BR or LI or BW EW HI

BR = Britania
LI = liberty
HI = Hispania and so on

but thats just where you can find it. if you took the standart then its BR

and you find the ini file in
\DATA\UNIVERSE\SYSTEMS\BR07\br07.ini

open it with bini and post it here or send it to me i'll have a look at it

My mistake..........There should only 5 jumpholes (only 1 to Tokyo).

Well seeing what the mod is, I think your best way of resolving the bug would be to start over again. It is not a year-long mod, and should be easy to rebuild.
Remember that the more you practice, the better you are

Actually, it does exist already. I just cant find it right now.
