Platform, Mod needs help!

I am kinda stuck and need help.
I need help with:

Backstory Development

Concept Art and Nav map backgrounds

Code support (for the really advanced stuff)

Scripting (me and scripting really dosnt go well, i am more of a copy-paste guy)

later on I will need:

3D modellers

Texture artists

mesh importers

When you get the plot/story down, give me a faction, and I'll give you 3 fighters and a hauler to go with it. Take about 3 weeks.

Well, Currently I'm waiting around for Outcast to make the story.

Doing a little into solving some problems else not much before story is finished

havent been in contact with Vamp lately (He's suppoting me a little)

else nothing really.

but help would still be apreciated, specially for ini scripring right now
(solving problems here and there such as the max vis range, asteroid belts, and more realistic fields)
