To be perfectly honest, Zane... it's going to be hard to find somebody to complete that much work, unless you can make a better pitch. Show some screenies of what you've got working, or just describe the objective of the mod's design in much more detail- maybe there are folks who'd contribute their free time without knowing much about your goals, but I think I speak for the majority of modders when I say that I wouldn't touch a project like this, unless you had come up with some really fascinating ideas, and I could see them

Don't take this personally- so far as I know, you have the Best Mod Idea Ever, and we're all going to be amazed and overjoyed when we get to play the final version... but right now, your description doesn't really tell me enough to get me interested (even if I wasn't buried in work on my own mod).

ok well here is my story, the universe is peaceful, after the nomads were gone. trading prospered. then a sub galaxie nuclear bomb was detenated in the heart of bretonia, all of bretonia was detroyed. as soon as this happened kusari said they did it and moved their forces into rhineland. rhinelands little military is weakened severly. liberty moves its forces inot skhikoku abnd destroys the military in that sector. _i have modeled the systems and all it need is some ini file fixing in little places, but i dont know how to do that. _ all that is left of bretonia is a pocket of sutrvivors, in what is now known as" Ground Zero", this system has also already been modeled, like i said i just need someone to fill in the detials. really alls im asking is some one to finish it up by adding ships and fixing inis
