Ramza, the President of Kishiro Technologies, claims that the attacks are in retaliation of the attacks OSC made in Rheinland earlier today against the House Rheinland, and against a friendly corporation of ALG Waste Disposal. He was reported saying, "Rheinland and ALG get attacked in their home while hosting a peace meeting, and Kishiro is not just going to stand by and let this happen to our friends." It is also reported that Kishiro will be soon offering an alliance to Rheinland and ALG.

Good People of Kishiro Technologies! At the recent fallout of the former Kusari government, and the takeover by the Bounty Hunters' Guild, Kusari is finally being cleansed of the corrupt Samura-run ways that we once endured! Now we are able to do what we wish without the restricting laws placed by Samura's bidding. At this change we will be expanding through the Sigma Cluster, operating only partly out of Kusari from now on. We will begin by eliminating the Orbital Spa & Cruise forces in Sigma-17 and 19, in retaliation for their attacks on our Rheinland allies, then we will claim these systems for ourselves and expand as we wish. Yesterday several units OSC units attacked and attempted to take over New Berlin, while peace talks were taking place between them and Rheinland. Their forces in the Systems of Sigma-19 and Sigma-17 are under attack by ALG and Kishiro forces. The BHG does not know what to make of these attacks and are undecided about what to do.
