The game is easy - at first read the rules in first post in this thread, then when you understand it, choose one faction in Sirius and start playing.

The game starts with all the bases, systems, etc. as they are in FL game, but many more can be built or explored later.

You do all your actions - battles, constructions, diplomacy etc. by simply posting them here. Then, a judge will resolve any actions based on random factor (research, battles...)

With the results, and according to other player's action, you make your nex turn.

i now think i now now how to play it but i can not find i base of my fration there?

Look here for a list of starting bases for all factions.

However, this is not very good time to start, because most of all bases are alerady taken by someone else. You can wait until this round ends (a round lasts 14 turns, we are at turn 6 now) and then join. As a new player, you can choose any of the Minor factions. Look into the rules for details.

BATTLESHIP RELENTLESS HAS ENTERED THE OMEGAS

Just a few minutes ago, a subspace transmission confirmed that the Battleship Relentless, the figurehead of Operation Blackhammer, has entered the Omega Systems. It's first visit will be to Omega 7, where a field base will be constructed as the headquarters of the campaign against crime. Rear Admiral Execubar, current commander of the Relentless mentioned in his reports that one of the nearby systems was amazingly rich in metal, even more so than Colorado, and that constructing a mining station there would be a smart move.

DEEP SPACE ENGINEERING EXPEDITIONS LAUNCHED

The DSE Navy has just released some exciting news; a concerted effort to find new systems has been launched. Already, 2 wings of search ships have launched from the Naval HQ at Planet Canberra, and hopes are high that new systems will be found. President Hawk Of Prey was unable to give us a direct statement, but forwarded this message to us: "Naval Command is confident that new systems are out there to be discovered, and I share that sentiment. The discovery of the Australia system has shown us that there are indeed new systems to be discovered, and we intend to find them."

DEEP SPACE ENGINEERING LABORATORIES BEGIN RESEARCHING MINING VESSELS

Today the newly opened DSE Laboratories began researching the construction blueprints for a series of Mining Vessels, similar to the ever-familiar Gas/Metal Miners of the GMG and IMG. The Head Researcher, Professor Issacs, has expressed the utmost confidence in the completion of this project.

I think you confuse two things: search for a base and exploration for a system.

On a base search, you use some of your ships to find a hidden base.
On a system exploration, you buy exploration parties (50$/2G/5M each) which you then send to find a new system.

FYI, Rheinland has left the game.

OOC- Lord Emporer, I have discussed this among my judges and the highest you may raise your chances with Improved Labs is 16. Anything higher would be incredibly cheap. SO from now on, any of your researches will be 1-16 success, and you may take back the money you speant on the nulled tech attempts.
