To Liberty:
We have always been blood enemies, always fighting. The Rouges have always been fighting to make a buck, and their former commanders were the same way. However, since I have come to status of Supreme Commander, I have reformed them, making them more dedicated to freedom and better conditions. I even have a personal grudge against Liberty for killing my family for no reason. However, I know you are a new president and may be different then the others. You are young, so your mind may not be clouded with the corruption of most government officials. I do not know. But Liberty sent people to jail for minor crimes just to get cheap labor. Here is my offer: You stop sending people to jail for such minor crimes. The Xenos, for instance, rebelled because they became out of work becuase there jobs were replaced. So if you use payed workers for labor instead of prisoners, there will be less rebellion. Also, you will tell your citizens important things inside your government, and not keep anything withheld because it does not show the good side of Liberty. For instance, Liberty withheld how they were forced to abondon Benford and Ithaca due to constant attacks and several accidents. The citizens of Liberty should have the right to know this. Also, the Rouges would like to be given Universial Shipping. This would mean the only base we aqcuire would be Trenton Outpost, and we will help you whenever you need itif you do the same for us. I would like to have a better and freindlier future with Liberty, and hopefully these new terms will be acceptable to you.

the DSE and agiera have agreed to split republican's bases.

Ageria shall get the only shipyard they have and Mainz storage station

the dse shall recive the other two stations.

I am offering the xenos/daunmann a place at the stations, and permission to build right beside them defensive outposts if they so desire.

Chessalavakia, since you and Ageira are allies, I suggest we make a peace treaty. If you agree, please notify me.

President Leonhart, since we are now under your protection, could we have the blueprints for the Liberty Battleship?

The Hessians celebrate this victory in the name of humanity and justice, and the promises made by Ageira, DSE, and the Xenos to increase working conditions and worker wages. We hope that the new commanders of these companies live up to thier promises, but we have faith that they will. I would ask that for the health of Rhineland all factions incorporated in this sign peace treaties with us and the Bundschuh.

Okay, finally, Ageira is free of the resource problems that have plauged it since the beginning, and perhaps now, together with the DSE and Xenos, we can do great things. I would also like to suggest the placement of more bases by all three in more protected zones from the pirate's league, as while we all just became self sufficient, we are not yet completely up and running.

note to hessians:

We will not actively go for peace for you, but a peace with our sister companies extends to us as well.. We will merely go for neutrality. Leave us alone, and we shall leave you alone.

Mainz is small, not large, I believe. Furthermore Alster is a fighter shipyard I believe.

Very well. We will not attack any Ageira base or ageira fighters unless attacked. In return, you will not attack any Hessian base or Hessian fighters unless attacked.

These following systems are under League control:
Omega 5
Omega 11
Omega 7
Omega 41
Omicron Gamma
Sigma 13
Sigma 19

Any previously unrequested bases built in these systems or fighters moved into these systems by any faction (except members of the League, DSE, and Bretonia) will be treated as an act of war and invasion. This means that if you do not ask us before you build or move fighters into one of these systems, we will shoot you. Unless my other League members have any problem with that.

heehee we've got tons of nearly every commodity too . And as long as Rhineland agrees to a peace deal with us, we will be able to build freighters and transports.
