@ Jacob: just so you know, there is only one faction you're allied with that can fight me: the gaians. Liberty and the Corsairs have peace agreements with me , and if the BHG fights me then Liberty will simply destroy them.

So my offer re-presented to Bretonia: 30 H-Fuel, 25 Metals, 15 Food, 10 Water, and 15 Oxygen, plus 500 credits to be paid over the course of two turns in return for a non-agression pact. This is negotiable.

Liberty is now recommited to the Defense of Bretonia and announces a pledge to the Kusari to defend their interests as an Allie of Bretonia should the Corsairs attempt to push into Kusari Space.

Liberty Forces are now readying for the unknown future. With the reception of the LNS Bremen a former Rhineland Battleship into the Liberty Fleet and the commissioning of the LNS Iowa the newest Battleship to come out of the Norfolk Shipyards has been deployed to the Kepler system to form the core of a new Battlegroup designed to Support the Kusari Naval Forces should they be requested.

In a message to the Bretornian King Liberty reafirmed its commitment to the defense of Bretonia and its strongest Allie. Naval forces have been redeployed to the Magellan system to overwatch the frontier and is currently training up for possible combat in the region.

As President John Sisko plans to meet with Chancellor Wilde to reasure the Rhineland people that Liberty is commited to its treaties with his nation and has invited the Rhineland Chancellor to stand by Liberty in denouncing the Corsairs atempt to call themselves a House.

@ Bretonia: We ask you make clear our protectorate status to the Liberty Navy, this is our last attempt to show a peaceful resolve before we are forced to consider more dramatic actions. If War does break out however, we hope you'll stay neutral in the conflict as we are willing to do with Rheinland.

@ VD: As I policy I don't make it a habit of invading friends in RPG's without telling them. We've stood by you, the whole blockade was to keep a very dumb decision to be made by you. Don't let Liberty and inch into your space.

Message to the King of Bretonia

Your predecessor's trade agreement involved the trading of IMG metals for equal amounts of food. However, given the current surplus of all IMG commodities, we wish to propose a new trade agreement, similar to what we have with Liberty. You may still sell commodities on IMG freeports for full costs, but will be able to buy IMG goods at half-cost (rounded up).

In return, we request your continued goodwill and protection. Also, though this main seem a vain request, many of our members have begun to discuss the possibility of an IMG flagship. Therefore, we request that, at your discretion, you give us the control of a single Bretonian battleship. This ship will be used in a ceremonial role only. Message to IMG: We are not being slanderous to Bretonia. Rather, Bretonia is fully deserving of every comment we give to them as they proposed an unprovoked attack on our nation.

To Liberty: Thanks, but no thanks. I think I'm going to need all the troops I can get. We are however going to build stations in Kepler, Galileo, and Colorado (which is the current agreement).
