Missing the "Up" and "Down"-Button in MS

Hello all.
Today I've got a really crazy problem. If you are in MS3d you normally have an "Up"- and an "Down"-Button in the groups menu. But I don't have them.
I'm using MS3D 1.7.0 but that should not matter.

I would try a reinstall of the program, then open the file again.

I'm pretty sure that the up/down buttons in the groups window was only added in version 1.74 or 1.75..

maybe thats why 1.70 is missing them..

I checked my version 1.70 and it doesn't have them either.. very handy they are too
