Is it possible to change a ships looking (For example make rhineland ships gray)?

yes the things you need is the UTF editor, Photoshop ant the plugin for Photoshop to read and write .dds files.

I didnt find the tutorial I learned to change the shiptextures, but I still have it, so I gona put it on for a few days: Photoshop plugins are in there
