Tempest-Plugin for gmax

Hey im trying to make my first ship but i cant findt he Tempest-Plugin for download anywere! iv tried google.com and gmax support site but i cant not find the Tempest-Plugin. anyone have any idea were i can get the Tempest-Plugin for gmax so i can export things in the .md3 format?

i got it from the plugin (or whatever) section on the gmax site.

oh ya your right, its under downloads not game packs.
