New Ship: Ragnarok

@ ryuujin, chips;To clarify;
the ragnarok works WITH evo 1.28, not part of.
in evo it has 'capship' class shields, not freighter. with the armor rating ragnarok has an evo cap shield doesn't cut it (cap max is 800, a class 3 civilian grav. has 1320?).
I'm not sure how that worked out. but the ragnarok doesn't last long against the middleweight factions.
and I play SP, no server.
again, fun ship. I'll try it w/ FLrebalance.
