Regretably, only what works.
Items removed so far:
1) Gemini Sector-I've spent 2 months on it, and you boot to desktop after 2 or 3 jumps.
(and it doesn't matter if they're the new systems, or the old FL systems)
2) The Privateer Voice mod-It causes the Donau scene to jump around, and you fail the mission after killing 2 Order ships.
(Every single time, no exceptions.)
On the Chopping Block:
1) The Galaxy-makes FL constantly look for some "material 0" whatever that is.
2) The Tarsus-same as Galaxy, but not nearly as bad.
Until I get a specific error, or if, as I suspect will happen, I end up booting to desktop, they'll stay in.
Annoying, but staying in:
1) Talon's-won't fire missiles.
2) The Orion's turrets won't fire, well, one WILL fire backwards, sometimes.
3) The Demon is invisible when NPC's fly it, but it's okay when the player does!?!!
4) One of the Kilrathi ships has invisible spots on the wingtips.
A note, before I get flamed by creators of affected items listed above:
While the items may work great, by themselves, I've got a 30 mb monster that may have a gazillion errors in it. And, until I get it completely debugged, parts that don't interact well, have to be removed.
