if you still not level up after that, your game is screwed and you need a new save game. but well happens not that often, so just get those 64k and level up

I'm assuming that you made a typo in the original post, because I had the same problem. Finished the game on level 19, my current worth was 170k but the next level requirement was 70k.

I've found that if you just keep playing the game you will hit the next level after that (in my case 21), and it then levels up.

Once the SP game is over, the requirement for next level is how much more worth you need to gain to level, not how much in total.

Yeah could be confuseing for a sec but it just saying that you need 64k untill next lvl and has you do mission's it will get less! Happy Hunting!
