SP question (not a spoiler)

i was wondering if i have to take the SP missions the first time they are offered? or can i turn it down and try to upgrade myself with normal jobs before i do them. i've run into several probelms with my hsip just not being good enough for the SP missions the first time they are offered but i took them so i wouldn't miss the plot or ruin the game. so is it possible to turn one down, and then get do it next time i level?

Many people have declined the SP missions and continued to gather credits. I haven't done so, but it's obviously a choice, and evidently it works. Some people have had occurences of Juni DISAPPEARING though...

I nearly always make her wait, haven't had her leave me high and dry so far, I wonder what triggers that bug? Maybe it isn't a bug, dunno.
