Just started the game. Juni set me free to do some work. I went to Pittsburgh, completed a few missions and then the bartender told me Juni had a new assignment for me and that she was waiting on Planet Manhattan.

I went to Manhatten and she wasn't there. I've completed several missions out of Manhattan and go back to the bar to check but she's still not there. What am I missing?
