I was wondering how you unmount weapons and stuff, cause I have a few weapons I found that I want to use, but I can't unmount the weapons I have and mount the other ones?

When you're docked, go to the Equipment Dealer, and in the trade window on your side, each weapon/item will have a small blue square in the top left corner. Click it to unmount, click it again to mount.
