wat im sayin is b/c kahar said that when playin multiplayer it would crash b/c u dont hav dx 9 installed..........just wana know if urs worked ok cos u gotta gf 4 mx 440 like me

You guys are getting confused. All the vid cards (at least ones from the past, oh... 5-7 years) will run with dx9. It's a question of whether the card will use all the special fancy pretty features that dx9 has - but none of those features are even used in FL.

All your cards will "handle" dx9, they just won't use the super-pixel shading, or whatever else they have cooked up in it.

i just wana know if u can play multiplayer without dx 9 installed cos when i installed dx 9 it totally skrewd my cs 5 fps so i went back to dx 8

Yes you need 9 for multiplayer.

Make sure you update your video drivers once you update DX also.
