rep with outlaws?

I finished the game, and I want to go buy a dromidary, but the only place I know that has them is the first outlaw base you go to in single player. Of course, now I'm on the hitlists of all these people..... So I can't fulfill my dream of being a drug runner because their bases are hostile. If I can't get to their bases and bribe or work up a good rep, what do I do?

Kill their enemies!

Once you kill off their enemies a bit you'll be neutral with them and you'll be able to land there.

In my opinion it´s much more easy to pay for your rep. Once you come to the operational border of the outlaw faction in the nearby bases you will find someone who gives you a better rep (for the faction you want, you will need money for it :-) ), mostly the bartenders are good dealers for this. The advantage in doing this way is not to be an enemy of the house police or base holders.
