Few questions (Not totally newbie :p)

Okay, a couple questions hopefully someone can answer for me.

1) WIll I be able to go back to LIberty once the game finishes? Right now, I get shot at by everyone and everything when I go there. (I'm on mission 9)

2) How do you mine stuff? I read that you can mine but I see no options to.

3) Damn it I had a third one but I forgot it. Oh well. Thanks for any answers.

Yes you will be able to go back to Liberty once the game story is over and to mine all you do is shoot a minnable asteroid and tractor in what ever in it.

99% of the time mineing give you nothing and as you librity you can go back.........to sunslayer torpedo them all muahahahahaha

Find the right field and there should be gold in about every 3rd asteroid you shoot, there are also about 6 outcasts or corsairs every few minutes on your ass, sometimes even 10 when you're leaving the space station so it's not all fun or maybe it's even more fun for some.

I actually like having some corsairs and what not attack while mining. The stray shots hit the little asteroids a lot = more gold for me

To mine, you have to shoot the little asteroids that blow up if you hit them once, not the big ones that don't move at all.

I don't mind some, I do mind 10 shooting at me when I'm leaving the station

I was only mining around the station and sometimes when you fly back out it's really hard to survive the first wave, all the next are easy, but just to be on the safe side your trips out are a bit short hehe, at least they were for me.
