Free vs ezpad demo

That's strange I remember there being a jump gate there,oh well.

Just finished the demo,you CANNOT go over the 28,000 limit which is basically Level 2.The same restraints apply as soon as you hit level 2 the game ends.

The graphics do seem a bit crisper in this version as well.It seems that also your opponents cargo contents aren't usually destroyed.I mananged even to get some nice weaponry,3 scorpion guns against a Liberty Rogue no matter what level=ownage.

I couldnt tractor in all the Cardamine I found at a wreck because I advanced to lvl 2 right away

Guess its worth a lot.

I think you're probably right about the limit, Rhineland.
But what they wrote on the home page is a little misleading:

"This version does not contain that stupid Ez-Pad software. It's 150MB and the demo consists of the first two parts of mission 1 as well as an additional $15,000 to gain before the game stops."

This tells me that you can go an additional 15k over the other demo before it stops. Meaning that you'll be able to pass level 2. I don't know. If you say it ends at 28k, I'll believe you.

It kind of sucks, because I really wanted to try out the heavy fighter and a few of the other weapons!

When you finish the demo story missions your level one plus a bit of cash so its 15,000 till level two or so.
