Just concerned that he might have fallen ill or something.
Anyone know him to give him a quick call to see if he's ok please ?
I'm really starting to get quite concerned.

If it turns out he is ok and is just being a lazy git, please ask him if he could POST THE BLEEDIN DEMO UP !!

Hehe - I'm well and all, but the server is currently buckling... we have close to 8000 sessions pr. day, server over 40 GB of data. This is quite a lot, and I don't see how the server would handle serving out the demo as it stands... So I'm 'fraid people have to find other servers, or the server would just plainly burn down!

I've managed to get a copy off of FPL and also that French site that Eraser posted up. Apparently the copy off the French site also needs something from FPL, but since I have never got anything from them before I'm not sure how it works.

Do you happen to know where the un-fpl'd will be mirrored ?

Well Bargib I can certainly understand why you can not allow access to the demo at this time...but any mirrors of the regular demo should be posted as soon as possible. Is Microsoft going to wait a week to post the demo on the official site?
The FLR may be the only place for the regular demo for a while.

) but I was wondering if I will be seeing the unlocked demo available *anywhere* within the next hour since that's my window for starting an hour long download before I have to leave work.

Is it true that EZPad thingy needs you to be logged on to play the demo, or is that just when you start it up or install it ?

Fileplanet at this time has you by the b.... You have to be connected to fileplanet to play the "exclusive" demo. It is still too early for the guys at Microsoft to even be awake...let alone be at the office. It is my guess it will be later this afternoon before we see the non bs demo....if then.
