Question about the music

Okay, I liked the music a lot, which I downloaded from your site. I did put it into the Morrowind folder and it gave a game a nice dreadful feel. Now I have a question, I am working on the mod for morrowind and can I use this music (mod is free) or do I need some kind of permission 1st?

since microsoft released it and I encoded it into mp3 with a free encoder (lame.exe), it's completly legal =)
