MUST READ: Concerning Joystick Discussions on these Forums!
A few pointers and reminders to all of you:
1. Freelancer does not, nor will it ever support using a joystick. If you want to know why, read this developer update made by Lead Designer Jörg Neumann.
2. Most discussions here in the past about this issue have degenerated into a personal flame war, so we lock/delete every topic concerning this.
3. Of course, everyone is granted the ability to express their opinions here, in fact that concept is defended in earnest by all of the moderators, but we are very tired of seeing the same topic with the same, misunderstood arguments over and over and over again. If you are interested in what oppinions have been expressed in the past, feel free to make a search for "joystick" on these forums!
4. We have an FAQ section that lays out the rules and regs to posting here. Feel free to look it over.
5. If you still think something is being censored that should not be, please feel free to contact me, Bargib, on e-mail ([email protected]), but do not post on it in these forums!
