Will I be able to see a ship's destination somewhere? And if so, could I actually wait for that ship to come my way if I wait in its destination area?

So for example I see someone transporting precious goods, but at the moment, police is all around... I know where he´s going, but I´m faster and wait for him there to get him if nobody´s around...

??

Well, a PR player would be better suited to answer, but it has been said in several threads that you can hail a ship and ask who they are and where they are headed.

And they do all seem to have a purpose in where they are going so I assume you could jump ahead and wait for them. Sounds great!
