system on freelancer main menu?

does anyone know where i can find the system that appears on the main menu with all the asteroids and the star in the middle, someone told me it was on a mod is that true?

well basicly this is no system
it is a script which looks like a system

but yes there was a mod which rebuild that "system" - dont ask me how the mod was called
