FL Mod Manager

I wasn't certain how to use this? Do I run the FL Mod manager and then open mods? And will this mod prevent me from having to install a fresh copy of the game for every mod I install? Sorry for the basic questions. Thanks.

The whole point of FLMM is to avoid having to reinstall Freelancer every time you want to play a mod. Double click on a downloaded .flmod file and FLMM will unzip the files to its mod folder. From then on, simply open the main program and switch mods on or off.

agredd, however, you may find that some mods will need a fresh install before they will work, i have a mod like that. they tend to be SP only mods tho

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-à-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.
