Is there a SP Mod with zero restrictions?

Played the game a few times.

Wondering if there's a mod that let's you start the game with no restrictions-
i.e.: all guns, all ships, no level requirements.

A "no worries" mod to let off steam....

Yes- Chip's( and others!) Open SP mod- Still gotta build up level, but compatible with several other real cool mods- look for it on the download board-" Open SP for Evo 1.28"
