People are selling mods on Ebay

The above user is selling TNG, The Next Generation Mod, Tie Universe Mod, DogFight addon, End Game addon, list goes on......

Basically GO AND HAVE A LOOK I have mailed BP re the mods. Gibbon and I have reported him. But those of you who worked so hard of these mods may want to say something to ebay.

Also note NO where does he state that these are non-ms approved mods........

Edit - No all caps in the subject, it hurts my ears.

He is selling them for 99p, and I have read this many many times. He is merely burning them onto a CD for you, and you are paying for this service. The items themselves are available for free, online, and it is up to the purchaser to either download for free, or pay the price of a blank CD for him to burn it on for you. Hence the pathetically low "buy it now price".

It is completely within the EBay guidelines for him to do this, although I do note he no longer says that all the mods are available for free online.

i think this is wrong, he's kind of breaching the trust of those who made the MODs because they made them for people like me to use with there games not for others to steal them and sell them...

If any of those mods have an exe in them then M$ will come down on him and Ebay like a ton of bricks. This should be fun to watch

*EDIT* have you seen some of the mods he's selling, LMAO, I feel sorry for any dork that buys the first one as most of it comes with FLMM any way.

I fail to see how this is in breach of either trade descriptions or sales of goods...

As it is, this has been going on for... well... 2 years.
