i think someone should creat a new world with one base where you can buy any peice of equipment you want in tha game, also the should be a jump gate to it from every system, just an idea

And now for my serious response!
Yes that has been done, many times i think, in fact i did it once for my personal use.
BTW i was a member for about 2 years before i got bored adn spammed myself banned!
If you don't believe me i'll give you my old username so you can do a little research!
