Funny looking graphics

I had FL:TNG 2.7.6 Full Version mod turned on and ran into a problem. I was trying to play 'Hellfire' (add-on to Diablo) but the colors were all messed up. As soon as I turned off this mod, the problem was gone. So I was wondering what was in this mod that would cause that. Any ideals? It did the same thing to Pinball Madness 2 (Addiction Pinball).
