How do I get this HUD?

I saw this picture of the cockpit of a spaceship and the HUD was completely different then I have seen when I go into 1st person perspective.

How do I get that HUD in my game, I looked and saw no MOD option for it unless I am simply blind lol.

Ok, once more, It is a screen shot of an older version of the game before it came on sale. It was later modified and changed to the current HUD. It is not available and niether is the radar.
