Could someone tell me where to find the Paralyzer Missle Launcher?

As for the paralyzer missile, if I remeber correctly you cant buy it, someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm almost sure I once read that you cannot buy it.

Yeah, you can't buy it. You can salvage the ammo from several wrecks, but you can't get the launcher itself (the ammo does sell for a lot of money though).

I think that Buckdanny's Unofficial Patch 1.4 allows the launcher to be salvaged, but I'm not positive. The patch is available in the downloads section.
