I checked your link, it's just (updated) German News about Boscoe's First-of-April-joke here on Lancers reactor. Update (also from April 1 2005 btw) : Also alles nur ein aus meiner Sicht sehr schlechter Aprilscherz. means that the site mod didn't like it at all.
So let's say it clearly: NO evidence for FL2.
