how can i get in good standing with the red hessians? a place where i could pay a bribe?

As a general guide, there are two ways to get friendly with a faction.
The first is to kill lots of their enemies. Look up "Red Hessians" in your F8 Player Info menu, and it'll tell you who they don't like. Kill some of those, and your rep will steadily increase.
The other option is to pick up a bribe. Locating bribes can sometimes be an arduous task, if you want to do it all on your own, but there are a few guidelines which make the job a lot easier. Firstly, if you're friendly with any of their allies, go to one of their bases and you should be able to get a bribe there. The other way to get a bribe (only available if you have a lot of money to spare) is to set up a "chain" of bribes that will eventually allow you to dock on one of the allies' stations.
