There is a Stealthblade Mk II, but no III. It becomes Hornviper I and II after that.

The Stealthblade Mk II and Hornviper II are two of the most sought after pieces of equipment in the game, at least in terms of how many questions I see on these forums. Now strictly speaking I've already violated the rules by giving you answers, so I'll not say exactly where they are. I'll give you a clue though - they're not to be found in the New Berlin system.
