Don't worry about your English, we can easily get the gist of what you are saying (understand in other words ).

The crash may happen because something in one mod is not present in the other - changes may have been made, or ships removed etc etc. If this happens, then your save game may look for the item which just doesn't exist in the other mod. At that point, it just dies... (FL does that alot!).

There isn't really a way around it I am affraid - you could try to use a character editor - like Ioncross character editor, which can be found here
If you try this, be warned, you may ruin your save game, so take a backup incase first!
Then edit your file - remove your ship and give yourself something really basic, with normal game weapons etc. Remove any commodites, and plonk yourself on manhatten.

Basically strip the character right down to nothing, and then play the game. Hopefully you will have removed the thing causing the crash in the edit.
