What is that mod??

In the in game screnshots secton on page three the show a cockpit with advanced radar stuff and a difrent nural net!???? what mod is this I want it

"this is bravo-3 reporting in i have a coolint leak ... may i please dock?" "ok please wait in que for one hour" "ok" 5-4-3-2-1 Kaboom! "Bravo 3 your cleared to dock Bravo-3? Bravo-3

If this has to be moved to another fourum please do it.

It isn't a mod, but, was from the original version of FL. The final product, does not include it and a few other things.
