I''m looking for a specific mod, need some advise

I've played this great game awhile ago, and I'm going to give it another go. But this time, I want to start with the ship I ended the game with, have a high level so I can buy the "good weapons", and basically start the game as a bad ass.

What mod will let me start with high level, good ship, and strong weapons?

Download the Just for Fun Mod. It lets you choose a starting ship, and a cash sum. If this does not level you up, you should be well on your way to a high level.

do people find this game soooo hard that they feel the need to cheat?

Benjon, a mod is designed to be used after you finish the game, to give you a different prespective, and make it even more interesting.

benjon, I beat the game last year. Now, I just want to have some fun with it. Either by cheats, or ship edit's, or whatever. While I'm going thru it again, I just want to have some fun.

You can also use the Chart Editer, and change ships in mid game.
