vis a vis what? Change their looks, their stats, what? I think this thread's going to degenerate when people come along and suggest that they change the Titan's maneuverability. Then it'll go the Way of the Best Ship Thread.

Anyway, while there's still hope, I'd remove the top fin from the Eagle. Looks dumb.

I'd give a Sabre/Dagger-style turret to the Stilletto. It would make it more popular IMO, as it is it's a blatantly average HF right now. I suppose that would kinda class it as a VHF, but oh well.

I'd boost the Sabre's power plant some too. If it's gonna have more hardpoints than an Eagle, it should probably have the power to accomodate that (though not as much as a Titan). I might fly the Sabre more if it did.

Hmm... I'd either boost the gun/shield/cargo capacity/agility of the Startracker or dump it altogether. I mean, it's priced the same as a Dagger or Pirhana, but it's nowhere near equal to either of those.

That's about it I guess.

I'd make the centurion a bit weaker - it has more hull than a hammerhead, and close to an eagle.

Also, the startracker either goes or get some boost, it just sucks and it has poor manueverabillity.

The saber could use a boost in the appearance department - it looks very stupid with that ring between it's wings.

Mostly, what I'd like to see is each faction having a good ship that can compete with the eagle/titan/sabre, and not have three ships which shadow all the rest.

I would do something about the eagle's middle wing. ALL ships will have CENTERED thrusters.

I'd give the starflier level 10 guns just for sh*ts and giggles.

And make the VHF's guns level 5 for the same reason

I won't put an asymetrical gun load on my ship, but I don't give a crap about thruster mount points. Ah well.

There was an interesting topic about why people like symmetry on their ships a while ago. I think pSYCHO made it.

I read that thread when it was running its course, but I wasn't registered back then. Assymetrical gun set ups don't bother me that much. Unless you put a skyblast b on one side, and a kraken or something on the other. Then it starts to look weird.
