another idea of a storyline
1000 years have passed since the leaving from the areas of earth, and a new millenium of time is being celebrated.
Trent and his friends celebrate at the Manhattan bar, and President Jacobi has a speech next to the sleeper ship, "the LIBERTY, one of the 5 sleeper ships who left Earth many many years ago, now, i, president Jacobi of Liberty.
Welcome all of you to a new millenium!!!"
Trent and his friends looking in the bar at the news, are very glad that its a new millenium, Juni and trent get married a couple of days later, and then it all begins.
The greatest war in history.
How? this is how:
1000 years ago when you se that movie (starup at Freelancer)
There is a ship, it gets blown up in between 2 sleeper ships.
But before that, drops a small robot onto the Hispania.
A tracking device.
And quickly uploads as much information as possible to the Coalition Generals.
It was not much, and scientists worked several years just studying some of the info.
But one day, a scientist actually got connection with the Hispania, trying to speak, he was sure it actually did get to the sleeper ship.
And he did get an answer.
But who was on the Hispania?
There you have a mystery...
King was at Juni and Trents marriage, but looked away when they kissed, so did everyone else, even Jacobi
Something very unfortunate happened, someone dropped a plasma atomic bomb.
right on the sleeper ship in Manhattan.
Trent ran, so did everyone else.
While he glanced back he saw one thing, Osiris.
Trent looked every where for Orillion, and realised, he had'nt come to the wedding, so this was it, Osiris armed with those bombs, and now all of Manhattan lost power.
"The future looks dim, but, there might be a resistance"
That was Jacobi's last words before,
