TNG 2 open sp 1.1

This has probably been explained somewhere else, but why cant i use the new tng mod with open sp? i dont want to have to go through single player all over again.

ff - it would be far far more appropriate to ask those who made it. Since they pride themselves on their caring - i am sure they will make one available!
