Why do i still play freelancer? well cuz i like to fly this flag!

That wouldn't be spamming I see, would it?

I play FL because I like the whole flying around wherever aspect. Sometimes when I'm bored, I'll just boot FL up and fly from one end of Sirius to the other and back again, for no reason. Then I might take a couple of missions, do a few trades here and there, and then save the game and close down. A few days later I'll do the same, but with different places. That's how it works for me.

Solid Snake - the edit button is to add things you forgot, or to change things once posted.

People play cause they like the game - be it modded or un-modded. Simple as that.....

Threads get a sticky when they are of use to the community, or provide information relevent to the forums.
There are exceptions to this rule, and those are at moderators discretions of course. There are others that were done simply in an attempt to halt the tide of posts regarding their topic.

Take heart in the fact that another moderator may come along and think its worth it, but for me right now............this aint sticky deserving

Ack - nutts to it - the last two were pretty much obvious spam - with no content even interesting or relevent to the thread IMO - hence, to discourage others from doing this and hoping to get away with a light reminder - i have just removed them instead.

All these years? It's been about a year and a half..

Anyway.. I still enjoy playing the SP campaign through. Modding the game is fairly easy and adds a lot to the game.

Why I still play Freelanncer? It is simple, the game has so many open possibilities that each time I play through it, I learn and see something new.

No matter where you hide, Methane Cloud, Ice Field, or Debris Field, the Rat will find you.

I don't play so often. I only play these days for the music (Which is more or less mp3 already so I don't need to play) Or to look around at the systems.

It is great to fly from system to system with Turret View enabled. I also enjoy setting waypoints around systems looking for undiscovered objects.

I Have played freelancer all of these years ( one year LOL)
because I don't have what to do in life.

OH NO! TIME TO HUMP JUNI!
oh hello king, what are you here for?

I still play the SP missions, cos I like the storyline, even if it is flawed.
But i love playing with mods on. Real space added soooo much to the Open SP play, and it gives a good feel to the systems, and gives me a reason to tour all the systems finding all the jumpholes again.
