the taus, Kusari and alpha and gamma, the omegas are quite ugly imho

I love the all the Border and Edge Worlds. There's something appealing about being so far from colonised, lawful space

Plus some of them are outstandingly beautiful, like Tau 37 and Omicron Alpha

Good: Tau 37, cause it's pretty

Bad: The Omega's, cause of the rads and gassy areas etc

Ugly: Omega 41, Hessians, Corsairs, Bounty Hunters, Radiation, Minefields, it's ugly, it's nasty, I don't go there unless it pays me big time.

Visually, Tau-23 and the Tau with Shinkaku station in it. Omegas just creep me out, especially the first time i ever went there

I appreciate that you have to look at it upside down, but how on earth do you get to that conclusion? one side of it it is reasonably aesthetic but the rest is dull dull dull. I mean how does it possibly compare to the Taus or Kusari?

I love the Omegas, and i love every Edge and Border system. I love being alone, out in the dark space, waiting for that transport or freighter to show up, so you can raid it

I mostly like such places, because your on the un-lawful side, there's no one to tell you to drop contraband to the left and right

I think that certain areas in Rhineland are very pretty. But if you're going for all-around asthetic beauty, I'd have to say Tau-37. Sometimes, I just sit there and change my resolution to 1024 X 768 and 32 bit color and admire the system...

The Border Worlds (except the Omegas) are like the National Parks of Freelancer...

I agree with most that Bretonia definitely looks grim. The rumors there are rather uneventful. I think that the southern Unknown system is the coolest part of space ever...hands down.
